There have been many games that have tried to adapt the music genre as their own, but none compare to the Guitar Hero franchise, that has swept the world in a wave of classic rock and alternative and modern day pieces of art we call real music.
Warriors of Rock is one of the many, but not the best. Even though nothing makes my heart soar more than the head-banging bliss pulled down by A Perfect Circle or the destruction of your mental spirit by Them Crooked Vultures, i still am not a huge fan of these games. The idea of anyone being a rocker in their living room is cool, i'll admit that, but if i wanted to play music, i would learn the real guitar or real drums, not 5 multi-coloured buttons and a single strum button. In my opinion, it is much better to play video games as they were meant to be played, on a soft couch, leaning all the way back, food to one side, drink to the other, not having to get up for anything, instead of standing up, head-banging to one of your favourite songs and completely butchering it with your weak Guitar Hero skills.
